Posishell consists of a mixture of  Volcanic Clays, Nylon Fibres and Portland Cement. These products are mixed together with water to form a slurry and then sprayed over the materials to be covered.

The Clays add plasticity to the cement and the Nylon Fibres give additional strength to the grout. Posishell coatings can be designed to last for a various times from a few months to many years.

Hydroseeding mulch and grass seeds can be mixed into the slurry to encourage grass coverage if required.

Traditional systems such as tarpaulining involve considerable amounts of labour and plant to install and remove whereas Posishell is simply sprayed and remains inert and can be incorperated in to the stock piles when removed.
